Who operates the email list
TradeTrained is operated by Jace Neville, an individual sole proprietor based in Missouri. TradeTrained is not currently an LLC or corporation.

Production email/CRM processors:
- Zola static site generator — builds the TradeTrained companion pages into static HTML.
- Alpine.js 3.17.4 — runs the local gate-state, email-gate, and assessment-page browser interactions.
- Browser sessionStorage — temporarily keeps
srcand UTM attribution during a visitor session. - FastAPI capture API (
api.capture) — receives local email-gate form submissions at/api/lead. - Local
leads.jsonlfile — stores local test lead submissions and consent records in this workspace. - Zola/local static server during testing — serves the local build for smoke tests. No production public host is connected in this workspace.
No production email service provider, CRM, payment processor, analytics provider, production database, or public subscriber system is connected in this local build.
Lead and consent-record retention: 24 months after last contact, then delete unless a legal, security, accounting, unsubscribe, suppression, or consent-audit reason requires keeping a narrower record.

Send me the requested TradeTrained resource and occasional educational emails from Jace Neville / TradeTrained. I can unsubscribe at any time.
If the checkbox is optional, the resource request and the marketing consent should be stored separately. If the resource is email-gated, the page should make clear that submitting the form is how the resource is delivered.
What subscribers receive
Subscribers may receive the requested download/tool/result, book companion resources, Field Notes, launch updates, and practical education for service and trade owner-operators.
Unsubscribe
Every production marketing email should include an unsubscribe link and the required sender/contact information. Unsubscribes and suppression records should be honored before any future marketing send.
Missouri law and venue
To the extent allowed by law, this consent page and any email-list dispute are governed by Missouri law, with venue in the appropriate state or federal courts in Missouri.
